I understand that the salon was busy, but I still deserved proper care and attention for the service I paid for. The nail technician seemed rushed, and I was hurt several times during the process. Now, just a short time later, my nails already feel loose and like they might come off. I still tipped because I respect service workers , This was my first time here, and unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be back.”
