1 /5 Melony Wailiduwara: I recently scheduled an appointment at your salon after discovering it on social media. I made the appointment online and provided a deposit. I was excited to have my hair done, as the photos I saw online gave me confidence that your stylists could achieve the results I desired.
Unfortunately, my experience at the salon was far from satisfactory. My stylist seemed unfamiliar with the process, and as a result, my hair ended up with multiple shades of light and dark brown. The entire process took over four hours, and I left the salon feeling deeply disappointed and self-conscious, as I had an important gala to attend shortly after. The stylist was not experienced and did not know how to do my hair. She had idea how to even apply the color on my hair. It I needed additional services to my hair like a color correction it is a shame that she couldn’t even offer it to me. I spent $200 at this unprofessional salon that could not even give me a proper consultation.
To make matters worse, the stylist informed me that I would need to return on December 2nd to have the color corrected, and that I would need to pay the full balance for the service. This left me feeling even more frustrated and dissatisfied. Clearly the stylist was not experienced. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your money going to this salon.
I hope that you will take responsibility for this situation and refund my money. I believe that it is only fair, given the poor quality of service that I received. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
