howard phelps: I was working across the street and needed a front end alignment and my tires rotated and balanced. After I picked my vehicle up and headed to Tampa it had a bad vibration and I called and informed them about the issue. I was told to bring it back. The next morning a "rep" called and asked about my "experience " with this business. I explained that the vibration was really bad and a whole lot worse than the initial reason I brought it in for service. He said he would check into it and find a time to bring it back. Well it Thursday before the Christmas break and I cant wait to have it fixed correctly. I have taken to another business and they have confirmed what I suspected. The person that worked on my vehicle didnt have a clue about how to perform the work. Yes it will cost me out of pocket to get work done right but I urge you not to use this business. Oh yeah, when a business ask you to pay via Zelle, there is probably a reason. Once you pay Zelle you cant dispute the charges. AVOID AT ALL COST OR IT WILL COST YOU
