3 /5 L. Zappa: Anna is a good hairdresser but the salon has serious scheduling problems. First time, Anna’s daughter scheduled me, I took time off from work and drove 30 minutes. When I got there they said I was not on the schedule and they closed the door on my face. I thought it was mistake and a few weeks later I decided to give them another chance. This time, I had called, spoken to Anna, even asked about her trip and when I showed up for the appointment she said I was not on her schedule. I had to convince her that we talked on the phone. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in my life! No customer deserves this type of treatment. I wish you all the best Anna but I will never be back.
