5 /5 Dennis Wasson: Wow!!, unheard type of service from the service tech to the cashiers who finalized our service. I was leaving for Disney pulling a 28’ camper with my Silverado 2.7. The next morning. So I thought I would have the oil changed at a local oil change shop not to be named. After the oil change I went home found a large puddle of oil under my truck. Too it right back up to the local shop who changed the oil. They said it was a bad filter changed it and said I was fine. Went home again oil under my truck after just a few minutes. Quickly drove to Arcadia Chevrolet and explained them what was going on and that I was leaving for Disney the next morning. They knew what was wrong before even looking at it. These guys a great. Turns out the local monkeys left in the old seal and used the wrong filter. 20 min later no appointment might I add, and I was back on the road. I can’t say enough about this group they are truly professionals and will do everything possible to make sure you are taken care of. Thank you, Thank you Dennis

5 /5 Jacqualine Wolcott: Ralf and his team exceeded my expectations today! I was scheduled for an appointment for tomorrow at 11am but there was a dire need to get my car serviced TODAY. He accomodated my needs and in turn had my car serviced and completed within record time! He offered to pick me up and deliver me to my car. EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE. He is an asset to Arcadia Chevrolet and I know that I have a friend that believes in VIP Service, just like I do!
