5 /5 Sarah (Eggtoast): This was absolutely amazing I came in today for an appointment with Karen she sat me down helped me through the whole process. I got gel x extensions and she even let me look at all the colors for my nude set. Pedicure was great as well super awesome and relaxing paying was easy as just taping my card. Prices are great and not bad at all will totally be coming back again.

5 /5 Diana Alvarez: Karen has been my nail tech for over a year and these pictures don’t even do the work justice! Her retention is insane!! (my nails literally last a month, even longer sometimes) my natural nails are so strong even though i get Apres and i swear its because of karen. She has any color you could possibly think of and is willing to try any design/style. She is so nice and funny, she just makes the experience a 100000/10. If you’re looking for a good time while doing your nails i would recommend coming to her or any of her girls. Laura did my toes and honestly another 10000/10 did a callus removal on my feet and i swear Ive never had my feet so soft its insane ps. they have snacks & drinks and let you watch anything you want on the tv!

2 /5 Lillian Smith: OK, where do I start? They got a two star rating from me because the actual polish was applied nicely. But the little box they work is so small I was claustrophobic. They have one pedicure chair and the massage feature part didn’t barely even work. I put my feet in Luke warm foggy water. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They do not include a full massage, soaking of the feet, it’s not the relaxing experience I was looking for. I will never go back back. For the lack of effort of comfort for the clients. I was definitely overcharged.

With her new location in Pembroke Pines in addition to the Hialeah salon, Karen and her staff are truly like doctors for nails. Their level of skill, professionalism, and dedication to perfection is unmatched, and they go above and beyond to make every client feel cared for. The kindness and warmth they show is a breath of fresh air, and I always leave feeling pampered and beautiful. May God continue to bless Karen and her team, and may they keep all of our hands looking gorgeous!

1 /5 Brytni Moreno: very nice suites but its a no from me! no instructions on which room to go into. very disorganized nail techs and mine personally had an attitude. i think her name was mariam or something. it was 7 people (3 workers and 4 clients) in a room the size of a bathroom. i asked for one coat of bubble bath and a lighter pink on top and she said i was “complicating” her job. i got french but it is kinda sloppy and i have polish all over the sides nor did she get the top coat fully on the nail. however she did a very good job at cleaning the cuticle. i personally would not go back.
