1 /5 Bistodeau Stacy “Yearwood”: On Wednesday February the 29th 2025 I came to visit my dad who was dying. He was complaining of pain in his back. Since my dad could no longer move himself he started getting a bed sore. I spoke to a lady in charge of that. She said by the end of the day she would have him an air bed. Next day Thursday the 30th still no bed. Same lady said sorry it will be here today. My dad still in pain. Friday the 31st. I go to the administrator and she first had my dad confused with another patient. Then she said oh I know who your dad is. I am working on a letter about your dad now and I have 2 hours to complete it by law. Then she told me I will get that bed for your dad today. She also told me air beds are for only stage 4 wounds not for preventive care but she would get the bed by end of day. Saturday comes no bed. My dad laid in pain and we was lied to over and over. Had to watch my dad suffer. He died at 1230 am Sunday morning. What a disgraceful place! Wouldnt bring my dog there to die

5 /5 Patricia Martorelli: Everyone has treated me well during my stay here at Aspire! Shout out to CNAs Amy and Yunasei for the care I get from them, they always are kind and treat me well! Honestly, shout out to the entire Aspire, it was great stay! Another shoutout to BJ and Danielle phenomenal nurses! Rehab was awesome, Jessica PT and Kay OT were wonderful, they worked me hard so that I can walk again!

5 /5 Brenda Runyon: My mom was in this facility. The CNAs, Nurses, janitorial, maintenance, physical therapy, personal at the front desk, and others were very friendly and helpful. They treated her with kindness and dignity. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. The CNAs and Nurses went out of their way to keep her happy and safe. She broke her hip and in less than 6 weeks they got her up and walking again. To those who helped my mom to get home before Christmas, thank you.

5 /5 sherrie kudla: I find this place to be so warm and welcoming. The staff is so concerned about the wellbeing of my mother. Megan, The Director of Admissions, made our journey from the hospital here so easy. Mike with culinary made sure that they took care of her dietary needs. The therapists are just wonderful. Having been at another rehabilitation center prior to this I will just say there is no comparison! I would recommend this center to anyone in need of great care for their loved one.
