3 /5 Frankie Dieppa: They claim to be cheaper than dealers, but yet I call in to get my vehicle checked for oil leak and the lady has the audacity to tell me that just to look at it.They charge a hundred and sixty dollars an hour?
Addition: I am a fair person, but Mercedes dealer doesnt charge 160/hr? I know a shop needs to make money, but at least be reasonable? Degreaser doesnt cost, but 5-10 bucks for a bottle? If it was diagnosing an electrical issue, I would totally understand, but not an oil leak? Knowing the problem is half the time and battle? Whats there to say as a new customer that you wish to find a shop you trust in and wont get ripped off? Say youre not an honest business, for example and decide to charge 3,4,5 hours to charge for supposedly finding the oil leak (which would be outrageous but hypothetically speaking) then customer just to get an answer would get $400-$600$ bill and excuse would be it needed to get diagnosed? I would love to take my vehicles to your shop as I have seen some decent and some fair reviews, but I hope you can understand my point? A 1 star was harsh of me so Im changing to 3 cause I havent taken there yet. But would like to find a shop im commited to and feel like its only place i want to take my cars. Its pretty difficult finding an honest, reasonable auto service center providing good work.
