5 /5 Juana Cortes: Automotive Quick Stop has been a staple in our community. Not only are they an excellent automotive repair shop, but the honesty is unbelievable. I have been a customer for some time. I have had a high quote and it turned out to be something minor and paid less, and by the same token I have had the need to get something repaired, but been alerted to other safety issues in need of repair. Having three daughters, I feel safe knowing that their cars are being serviced and maintained safely!!

5 /5 maritza torres: I need it repairs on my truck,gave this place a call last week ,spoke with Mike nice professional, delighted to speak with, so went in this morning, the place is nice and clean for a shop,very welcoming met Mike very nice person in person as well,anyway. .they took my truck in ,I brought my own parts,rack and pinion and axles,they did a great job my truck is running smooth ,no more shaking and running of road...they are very helpful and the prices are reasonable, I would definitely come back with my vehicles, its hard to find a trustworthy shop,trust me been there done that...Thank you so much..A little place of gold...

1 /5 L Brennan: I waited over 4 hours for Michael to return my phone calls yesterday. I drove to Jacksonville and was on my way back to Orlando when he finally decided to call me. I told him apparently my money or business wasnt important enough, then here comes the excuses. This is the second time and was the last. His lack of respect cost his shop about a $1000.00 dollars of lost revenue. I will not refer.

1 /5 Nicole Ibanez: This place is a bait and switch. They placed a coupon for a tune up, it was a great price $190, immediately called and scheduled an appointment. I confirmed on the phone that my cars make and model and confirmed they could do it at that price. Roll around to Tuesday morning, the morning of my appointment, I show up with the coupon and now suddenly they are unable to do the work. When the gentleman saw what was listed on the coupon he said “all of that done”, he then proceeded to ask me to pay 410 stating that he never knew the kind of car and that they have no idea. I even stated I was willing to go to a lower quality part and just come back sooner, however he stated he wouldn’t do that. What I believe happened is he did not want to actually do the work that was supposed to be honored By definition it’s a bait and switch. Don’t fall for it here.
