5 /5 Mary Dalton: I have been seen at Back in Action for 9 years. I can never thank the staff there adequately. From the time you enter the front door, you are welcomed by friendly staff. I have been seen by physicians, urgent care, chiropractic and physical therapy services. Several times I have been seen for evaluation, suffering in severe pain and unable to walk without assistance. I recently finished a therapy program with Dr. Hanson. She is a doctorate prepared physical therapist. She not only addresses the problem but insures that you stay functional after you leave. I always have detailed instructions in writing. Results count, I am able to walk 2 miles everyday, kayak and bike. Thank you so much. Special thanks to Suzanne, Dr. McLoughlin, Dr. Stein, Dr. Hanson, Leila, Crystal, Kasey, Rachel, medical staff and urgent care. You are the best.

5 /5 Michael Gates: I started at BIA for rehab after a lot of tests and neurology doctors could not help me. As a chiropractic skeptic I had my reservations. BIA doctors got creative and collaborated on my issues. To my surprise, I got immediate results. They continued to collaborate through out my rehab and I am happily on the road to recovery. I have since started with their functional medicine program and used them for a preop clearance. I trust BIA. You can too.

1 /5 Brittany Pilallis: Established with them as primary care and then ended up getting sick and tried to make an appointment and they pushed me off to their urgent care. I explained that I didn’t wanna pay for an urgent care visit because it’s more expensive and that’s why I established care with the doctor and they said unfortunately, that was their policy. But if you are symptomatic, they request for you to go to the urgent care. What’s the point of having a doctor if when you’re sick or not feeling well, you have to go to see somebody else.

1 /5 Gary Kruegel: Nurse practioner Gaddis is the worst thing that ever happened to this place. She gave me an Ineffective and incorrect antibiotic for an infection and let me languish for months before getting the correct one which was told to her initially, but she knew better. Arrogant and unpleasant. Wouldnt refill a prescription for my wife which had unlimited refills ( non narcotic) without charging her for a visit. Wanted to charge me for expensive uneccessary blood work. Stay far away from her, she is the worst

Dr. Frank C Alario, MD, PL - Stuart Tom Cahill: Best Doctor and staff I have been to here! I see Dr. Gambino and ARNP Sarah Hartford. Both are amazing and have great bedside manner. Ive never felt rushed or had to wait long to be seen. They have helped me greatly over the last 5 years!! Nurses are excellent at drawing blood and I am grateful for their care!

Amber Posey - Stuart Bob: Dr Posey and her staff are a gift to our community. They listen to your concerns and give understandable explanations of their path forward. This is by far the most comforting medical care Ive ever had. Special thanks to Katie who never gets impatient with my questions.

Cleveland Clinic Health and Wellness Center, Palm City Express Care - Palm City Jay.: Less than one star! And they know it and still dont care, This location is ripe for closing Cleveland Clinic. I wouldnt take my lawyers pet snake there, let alone an actual person. Im an established patient. Everything is up to date in my chart, I always complete pre- registration. I walked in ten minutes late. There was one patient who passed out in the waiting room. Otherwise, no one else was there. I gave the receptionist my name, who said because I was late, I needed to use express care down the hall, no problem ten minutes shouldnt make or break anyone. However, when I got to express care, they were already at lunch from 1130 to 1 pm, which is what the person explained to me who answered the door. Pathetic....

VITAS Healthcare - Stuart Daniel: My grandfather had cancer and was under vita’s care. They labeled him imminent for around the clock care and then failed to show up when he needed them the most. DO NOT USE VITAS FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!!!! Go with hospice they are more reliable. I hope no one else experiences the pain and suffering me and my grandfather suffered due to vita’s negligence.

Helix Urgent Care - Stuart / Indiantown / Palm City - Stuart Castille Gauthier: I had an exceptional experience at Helix Urgent Care! The provider Stephen, Glenn, and Ashley truly took care of me. Always an amazing staff there! I was in and out within just five minutes, and the staff was nothing but professional and courteous. Everyone was attentive, and the environment was clean and welcoming. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about their patients and maintains a high standard of service. I truly appreciate their efficiency and positive attitude.

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Martin Health - Stuart Constance Innerarity Crawford, P. A.: My 90-year-old Mom recently underwent an emergency procedure at Cleveland Clinic North, following a life-saving discovery by the ER team at Cleveland Clinic Tradition in St. Lucie County. After her procedure, she was transferred to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Stuart, and the care she received was nothing short of exceptional. The nurses, doctors, PT + OT, administration, and support staff went above and beyond to ensure my mom was comfortable, received the best care, and regained her independence. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication were evident every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for the entire team at Encompass Health for playing such a vital role in her recovery. Highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of rehabilitation services!

Mary Peters - Stuart Brooklyn Sheptak: Completely unprofessional. I went to Mary Peters to obtain my medical paperwork for a green card. First she ordered my blood work and kept forgetting to check immunizations so I had to keep going back. This was frustrating because it caused the process to take much longer then it should have. Next she gave me a different clients passport and immunizations, personal information, I asked if she wanted it return back to her and she said "no just email it to me". She put this other womens information on my medical paperwork for the government documents. I realized it and told her. She wouldnt give me a new envelope or properly re-do the paperwork. The envelope had been opened by her to change the paperwork. She refused re package it properly so and its supposed to be a sealed envelope. I had an appointment with USCIS and they told me the hold up in my case was the medical paperwork and the USCIS worker said "the paperwork looks really bad" and she told me I would have to resubmit. Do not use Mary Peters, she doesnt care about her clients only getting paid, youll end up having to re-pay for the medical paperwork.

Cleveland Clinic Stuart Surgery Center - Stuart Denise Delgado: The doctor was in the ER, on the 9th of January the 9th 2025, the ER doctor from 7am to 7pm. Very rude in many the medication I have had 30 operation, 6 bowel obstructions he didnt even bother to check me just a rude comment on my payment. I walked out against medical advice. You need to fire him

WholeLife Direct Primary Care - Stuart Julie Almeda: Dr. Talton is an exceptional physician. I have known her for many years, and she is not only extremely knowledgeable in the field of medicine, but is also approachable, relatable and incredibly compassionate.
