I had over grown roots along with red tones in my old highlights. She was able to get it back to a beautiful blonde with soft tones without damaging hair. 5 /5 Sabha Mahmoud: I dont live in Orlando but scheduled while in town. They were able to get me in within my stay. Let me just start by saying this salon environment is immaculate. The owner Trina is amazing and super friendly! The culture and the environment of the entire staff work together as a team. Rom was phenomanal and over delivered with my results. The pictures speak for themselves. During the entire process she was very patient and you can see how passionate she is about hair. Go to her for your bayalages. Highly recommend!

After doing a lot of research and stumbling upon this salon in my research, I booked an appointment with Rom. She was great, she explained everything, she was upfront with the price, she fixed a bad haircut I had at a previous salon, and did the most amazing balayage! I was there for 4 hours (I have long and dense hair). If you want hair stylists who know what they are doing, come to this salon! Before and after photos attached! After doing a lot of research, I found Beauty & The Balayage Hair Salon. I booked with Kayla and right off the bat Kayla was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable! She did amazing on my hair and I couldn’t be happier, I wish I could give more stars! Definitely found my go to salon!

Not only did my hair turn out beautiful, but she also explained what she was doing and also answered all my questions. She was super sweet and we got along so well! I would love to return and have her do my hair again! The salons vibe is very nice and fun, and you can tell the people who work there are happy there. Highly recommend!!
