I could tell they care about customer service by the way they spoke and treated the other guests around me. My nail tech did a great job and took care to pay attention to the details which I appreciate. I will definitely be back.

Heather Dempsey: We had a wonderful experience! First, Lewis did an absolutely wonderful set (see photos). Absolutely crushed it! I did not realize prior to making the appointment what the inspiration photos looked like that my friend was getting nor the time it would take, but we never felt rushed. Lewis took his time and was meticulous to get the job done right even though we ended up keeping them late. Kristen was very kind and did a great job for her pedicure. David did my classic pedicure and classic gel manicure and he was very meticulous as well. They earned our business in the future!

Korrie Harmon Schaeffer: Absolutely lovely salon! Small. Quiet. Clean. Ray did my nails for this Christmas season and WOW! He was sweet, friendly, attentive to detail, and most importantly, innovative. I asked for red and green chrome nails with an accent on my ring finger. He suggested putting cat eye under the jelly color on top of silver chrome to give it a shimmer effect. My goodness, Ive not been this thrilled with my nails in a very long time. He went above and beyond. These are FANTASTICALLY BEAUTIFUL! Thank you, Ray. And thank you to the staff members who helped me take these beautiful pictures! Edit: these were incredibly beautiful but didnt last a full week. Got them repainted and requested double top coat, so far so good.

Zuelay Rosario: 2023 review Nina is the best technician. I always leave pleased with her work. I usually get acrylic and gel mani with her. Highly recommended! — 2022 review I have been coming here for a couple months now. The lady who has been doing my nails (acrylic & gel polish) does a really nice manicure, but the pedi service falls a bit short. I only get pedi every other month, so I will still be coming but maybe try other technicians. The location, pricing and color selection is great.

C Castillo: Absolutely my favorite and most reasonably priced place in Gainesville. Henry does great work if you’re looking for someone who does designs, pays attention to detail and such. Hi is the best for pedicures and gives good massages. They have great customer service, they try to work with you if you’re a walk-in as best they can. They offer you beverages etc. I moved here about a year ago and I’m picky about by my nail spots but I love this place overall and never had an issue.
