5 /5 Eve M-C: This salon is a hidden gem in the middle of Hialeah. I asked for full highlights with a toner, a cut, and blow dry. Not only they did a marvelous job—as it looks elegant, and the color came out amazing (see pics) but they also treated me like family. Everyone is so sweet and accommodating, and so very caring. An elderly woman came in for hair services and everyone treated her with the most kindness and made sure she was comfortable at all times. As far as my nails, another success, see for yourself. The nail technician is knowledgeable and detailed oriented. I 100% recommend Berenice Beauty Salon, you won’t regret it!!

Daniï Renz: Very unprofessional and rude. I told emely, the lady that was attending to cut my hair in layers and the first thing she told me was don’t cry later. That should’ve been a red flag for me, but I thought she was joking. Initially, I told her I wanted to layers and she wanted a reference picture which I provided her with. She did not cut my hair to the length that I wanted. She practically left me bald. She was very rude and unprofessional when I told her that she did not give me the service that I wanted. I was even nice enough to tip her. Take it as a warning do not go here they will botch you.
