5 /5 Ryan Bowersox: Excellent state park! Only $4 if you’re on your own! The trails are great and I couldn’t do them all in one visit, but I got a good portion of them done, 5 miles worth. They also have a restaurant on-site at no name harbor and believe it or not, they actually had a restroom in the middle of the southern trails (heading south from the restaurant at no name harbor). Indoor plumbing and everything. Very unexpected. The only unfortunate thing is that the lighthouse closes at 4pm daily it seems. And I do mean closed, you can’t walk up to it, gates are closed. I guess it’s meant for the weekends for the working class, but at least the trails are open until sunset each day, so that’s great. Definately saw several dog friendly areas, especially around the no name harbor, it’s great so more visitors can enjoy the park too and bring their pets if they want! You can also enjoy a little history of the homes out on Biscayne Bay.

5 /5 Alana Muse: Make sure you get here early if youre going on the weekend! They get really busy! The lighthouse is a great climb, and I loved going all the way to the top to see the light. The beach there is beautiful with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the day. We didnt get to visit the Lighthouse Cafe, so weve already added that to plasma for our next visit! If you have kids, check the height requirement on the lighthouse, make sure you wear shoes, and get there before it (the lighthouse) closes at noon.

5 /5 Tiffany Budert-Waltz: My fiancé and I spent the day at Bill Baggs and we’re still talking about it. The lighthouse is absolutely stunning—like something straight out of a dream. We just kicked back in the sand, soaked in the views, and felt totally at peace. It’s quiet, clean, and somehow feels like a world away from the chaos of city life. This park is the perfect balance of beauty and calm. No overcrowding, no noise—just nature doing her thing. The water, the breeze, the light… chef’s kiss. It seriously felt like a marvel. If you’re in Miami and want to experience something truly special, this is your spot. Can’t wait to come back. By the way, I saw online like through various social media sources that organizations were now doing lots of seaweed cleanup...so next time we can lay on the beach without seaweed... which is really nice. I appreciate the community so much for cleaning up the beach. Beaches are a lot of work. I tried to volunteer many times for cleanup initiatives.

5 /5 İREM ÖZKAN: The road is very enjoyable, the park is very calm and beautiful (maybe because it was a weekday) Key Biscane is a very beautiful neighborhood where we passed. We loved going to the tip of the island. There are beaches to swim in. The sea can be very windy and wavy. There are facilities such as cafes, toilets, sun beds, umbrellas in the park. I think it is a pleasant route. Recommended.

David Francis: A MUST SEE museum while you’re in Miami ! This vibrant and colorful museum provides an educational overview about the history of graffiti and street art. The OG Slick exhibition was highlighted while I was there and it was a fun opportunity to see his work from a world class artist. Allison Freidin and Alan Ket are the cofounders of the museum and they are friendly and knowledgeable about graffiti and the Wynwood area. I recommended this museum highly. There is also a gift shop with plenty of cool graffiti items. I liked this museum so much that I bought some OG Slick art. Check out the adjacent art gallery and hip-hop museum for other great art. Miami Childrens Museum - Miami

Frank Garcia: I had guests out of town and thought Miami Children’s Museum would be a fun activity for their 6 years old girl, and I was not wrong. The Museum has vibrant colors, playgrounds and full of fun activities where the child can have fun for a couple of hours. I will keep this on the must to do list of activities when I have guests out to town with kids. They will appreciate it.

Frank Garcia: IT’S BACK!! Pepper Fountain in Bayfront Park is back in action after 20 years of being closed, and it’s definitely worth a visit. After sitting dry for years, the fountain is flowing again thanks to a $5.5 million renovation, and it looks great. If you’ve ever watched Dexter, you might recognize it from season one—it’s where the infamous “Fountain Victim” scene was filmed. It’s a cool spot to check out, whether you’re a local or just visiting Miami. The sound of the water, the open space, the music and the way it lights up at night all add to the vibe. It’s a perfect place to take a break from the chaos of downtown, enjoy a walk, or just sit and chill for a bit. Big thanks to the City of Miami for bringing this fountain back to life. It’s small things like this that make the city feel more vibrant. If you’re in the area, add it to your list—especially for a relaxed afternoon stroll.

Angel King: Well kept, theres parking if you get there early before 9 a.m. metered parking limited time. Once the afternoon hits people will be circling around the parking lot looking to take your place as you leave. The beach was clean, and the ocean was clear until the tide started coming in, and then there was a bunch of trash that came with it in the ocean. While we were there there was a bunch of men of Wars ranging from the size of a large fist to even as small as a pinky tip watch where you step, especially where the shore meets the ocean.
