  • PĂ©rez Art Museum Miami - Miami Iqbal Akhtar: A Gem on Biscayne Bay: A Glowing Review of the PĂ©rez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) The PĂ©rez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is more than just a museum; its a vibrant cultural hub that truly embodies the spirit of Miami. From its stunning architecture to its thoughtful programming, PAMM offers an exceptional experience for art lovers of all ages and backgrounds. One of the most impressive aspects of PAMM is its dedication to international art. The rotating exhibitions consistently bring diverse voices and perspectives from around the globe to Miami, with a commendable emphasis on Latin American, Caribbean, and African diaspora artists. This focus not only reflects Miamis rich cultural tapestry but also enriches visitors understanding of contemporary art within a global context. Each visit promises new discoveries and thought-provoking encounters with groundbreaking works. Beyond the art itself, PAMM excels in its bilingual and inclusive approach. Navigating the museum is seamless for both English and Spanish speakers, with clear signage and information provided in both languages. This commitment to accessibility extends to their programs and educational initiatives, ensuring that a wider audience can engage deeply with the art. It truly feels like a space where everyone is welcome and represented. Speaking of inclusivity, PAMM shines as a child-friendly destination. Its not just a place where kids are tolerated; they are actively engaged and encouraged to interact with art. From "PAMM Free Second Saturdays" with hands-on activities to "Art Storytime" for the youngest visitors, the museum provides tailored experiences that spark curiosity and creativity. The spacious galleries allow for comfortable exploration, and the outdoor areas with their lush hanging gardens provide a wonderful space for families to relax and play. Its truly a place where multi-generational families can learn and grow together. In essence, the PĂ©rez Art Museum Miami is a triumph. Its breathtaking waterfront location, innovative architecture, and commitment to presenting global art in a welcoming and inclusive environment make it a must-visit. Whether youre a seasoned art enthusiast, a family looking for a stimulating outing, or simply seeking a beautiful and enriching experience in Miami, PAMM consistently delivers.
Dolphin Harbor - Key Biscayne sai kiran tamatam: It is most beautiful experience you can ever have with dolphins....you can interact, swim, touch, dance, water splash with dolphins..they are explaining about dolphins features, behaviour very well.....miami seaquarium is taking care of dolphins very well..... the only bad part is Photo cost is too much..... please bring down photo prices....
Little Havana Tours - Miami Sydney Chen: Phenomenal tour of Little Havana with Kayan. Really learnt a lot about different aspects of Cuban-US history and culture (food, music, coffee, clothing, cigars and more). Kayan gave such a comprehensive and engaging overview but also made a point to focus on the lives of locals in the neighborhood (local peanut man, abuelita guillermina+). Already recommending this tour to friends visiting soon.
Collins Park - Miami Beach Roberto Zelaya: I was here for the le diner la blanc event. The park and museum were a perfect venue. The park is beautiful, clean, and safe. Ill go again on a Sunday to see how it is during the day and walk the Bass Museum of Art
Everglades Safari Park - Miami Tester Der “Wertzeit”: Swamp vibes, engine roars, and one lazy gator at the end. Everglades Safari Park was a fun ride—literally. The airboat experience was thrilling, loud, and fast… but don’t worry, earplugs are included (and very necessary unless you speak fluent airboat). Wildlife sightings during the ride? A bit underwhelming—no gators in the wild this time, just a lot of hopeful pointing at ripples. The real reptilian action came after the ride, during the gator show, where one sleepy alligator finally made its grand debut like a diva on its own schedule. Still, the whole experience felt well-run and friendly. Great for families and first-timers—just don’t come expecting a National Geographic moment in every splash.
Alice Wainwright Park - Miami Roman Bartos: Beautiful, quiet park. We visited on weekday at 11am and there were only two families with us. A lot of lizards and dragonflies so kids have enough to explore. Big playground with three stations for all kids ages. Also nice walk by the ocean. Dont forget the sunscreen on a sunny day. Restrooms older but working. Gazebo with picnic table too
Torch of Friendship - Miami Leonard: Love a good statue with fire. And i love the significance of peace across Americas especially now , during trying times! Definitely worth a walk through.
Lummus Park Historic District - Miami Jacqueline Stephen: Peaceful, clean, and a place to just relax and people watch. Grab a coffee from one of the nearby eateries and hang out at this park for a while. A nice breeze on a warm day.
The Barnacle Historic State Park - Miami Chris Reese: The Barnacle Historic State Park is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Miami that offers a serene escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. As soon as you enter, you’re transported back in time to the late 19th century, when Ralph Middleton Munroe built his charming home overlooking Biscayne Bay. The park’s rich history, combined with its peaceful natural setting, makes it a must-visit destination. One of the highlights is the historic house itself, beautifully preserved and full of fascinating artifacts. The knowledgeable staff and volunteers are eager to share stories about Munroe’s life and the early days of Coconut Grove, adding depth to the experience. The guided tours are engaging and provide a glimpse into South Florida’s past. The park’s grounds are equally impressive, with lush greenery, towering trees, and a picturesque view of the bay. It’s a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll, a quiet picnic, or simply sitting by the water and enjoying the tranquility. The walking paths are well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it accessible for visitors of all ages. What makes The Barnacle truly special is its ability to combine history, nature, and relaxation in one place. Whether you’re a history enthusiast, a nature lover, or someone looking for a peaceful retreat, this park has something to offer. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the Miami area—you won’t be disappointed!
Discovery Miami Beach - Miami Beach Freddie Knox: Me and our family had an amazing time hanging out and playing in the Ocean. The atmosphere and people all around were really cool
