2 /5 Jay: The vibe in here was very uncomfortable and uninviting. Everyone seemed to be in a bad mood. We booked an appointment for 3 pedicures days in advance and called as well to make sure there would be enough staff to help all 3 of us at one time because for some reason nail salons like to promise simultaneous service, but not actually deliver… We were assured there would be. We get there at the same time as one of their regulars and they seat all 4 of us at the same time, but instead of starting the party of 3 that arrived together and are leaving together and booked the appointment time together, they start the single person and only 2 of the 3 of us in our party. My sister and I were FINISHED with our pedicures by the time they STARTED our cousin’s… They didn’t even start warm water for our cousin to soak her feet in until she was finally worked on 30 minutes later… They also didn’t ask what pedicure package we wanted. We would have upgraded to the better pedicure packages but weren’t given the option. Their menu says all pedicures include scrubs, but they do not.
I’d give one star, but the receptionist was very nice and attentive and the nail tech did a nice job on my color even though I felt uncomfortable the whole time like she was mad. Very uninviting. I’d suggest better customer interaction (maybe with a smile), and starting a party who books together at the SAME TIME…
