I’ve been a client of an independent booth renter there for two years.
The most recent visit, the owner and her assistant were rude to my child and I. This was my first interaction with the owner. My child ended up crying and being heartbroken. She clearly does not like children, upon my experience.
Hearing from the other stylists, the owner has a child of her own. So, it’s extremely disappointing she’s capable of that.
I refuse to let anyone treat us less than kind.

I was warned about being there “with a child”, as you aren’t welcoming to them.
But, I’ve always been a Saturday client. Now, my stylist does not work on weekends.
So, I regretfully got to endure your nasty attitude towards my child on our FIRST visit during the week.
That’s exactly why I declined your invitation to talk outside for you to apologize. Because there is no forgiving you and your assistant for your behavior.
No young girl (7) should be crying and asking to leave your establishment!
