5 /5 Bill Lozano: I’ve been to this park a few times to take walks. It’s a large park and my wife and I will walk 3 to 5 miles around it. During the week it’s not busy but even on weekends you will find places to park without any issues.
This 872 acre park has almost everything. Tennis center, pickleball, baseball fields, volleyball, golf course, racquetball/handball courts, water park, canoe/kayak launch, picnic areas with grills, playground for ages 2-5 years, ages 5-12 years, ages 2-12 years, Amphitheaters, Dog park, running path, Daggerwing Nature Center and so much more.
You can enter from Yamato Road, Park Access Road or Glades Road. The park is always kept in good shape but they have some electrical issues so bathrooms are closed but porta potties have been installed until the issues are fixed. Also some field and parking lot lights aren’t working.
Since this park is in far western Boca it’s not as busy as most other parks in the Boca, Delray,Boynton area.
