Itās unfortunate that my attempts to communicate with you regarding our paid contract for content via social cat have gone unanswered, and I recently discovered that Iāve been blocked on social media. This is deeply disappointing, especially as Iāve approached this situation with professionalism and patience.
I want to be clear that if I donāt receive a resolution by Monday, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by reporting your business to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and sharing my experience with other creators who have come forward about similar concerns regarding your customer service practices.
If financial constraints are the reason for this issue, I believe humility and honesty would go a long way. However, if thatās not the case, I respectfully urge you to honor our agreement to avoid further action. Itās disheartening to see such behavior, particularly from a Black-owned business, as it perpetuates negative stereotypes that so many of us work hard to overcome.
Iāll take this as a lesson learned to research businesses more thoroughly before entering into agreements, but Iām hopeful youāll take this opportunity to resolve the matter amicably. Please let me know how you plan to proceed.

Laura Infante: I moved to Orlando and didnt have a salon recommended. I did research reading the reviews and looking at the photos of every salon nearby. I liked this one because they do keratin on afro hair so I called and Dee answered giving me details on price and everything. About a week later I went without appointment, yet Dee was with me right after finishing with the customer that she was attending. She was very nice and friendly, also very careful handling my hair because of my sensitive scalp (I didnt feel a thing āŗļø). My hair ended up very straight as I wanted it. I would definitely recommend this salon.
