Without a doubt they are upfront with the repairs that are needed or not needed at a reasonable cost. They thoroughly look over your vehicle to make sure any and all issues are addressed. Stumbled across C&D Auto Center near the dealership and to my surprise the owner himself checked it all out and found a few things that needed attention, shockingly at no charge, all with a genuine, kind and helpful attitude. 5 /5 Leslie Thomas: Consistently the BEST service! I made an appointment for an oil change and alignment. When I dropped my car off in the morning I also asked if they could repair a flap that was hanging down under the front fender and mentioned my car had been leaking into the floorboard when it rains. I was told it might be a day or two - I got a call about 5 hours later saying it was ready! Everything was done and all I got charged for was an oil change! Joe said I didnt need an alignment, I just needed air in my tires which they did - no charge. I requested an alignment so they easily could have done it and charged me but it wasnt needed so they didnt. The flap hanging down from the fender was just missing a couple clips which they replaced - no charge. The leaking was an A/C plug that needed cleared out - no charge. Honest, reliable and trustworthy - never go anywhere else! Joe makes me feel like part of his family!
