5 /5 S M: .CHELSEA salon never disappoints I had an appointment with Belinda today! Ive cut my hair once in 5 years it was a mess I was ready for a big transition. She walked me through options she was even able to show me kind of what things would look like. Shes very good with hair. And she was very knowledgeable.. I changed how I wanted things two or three different times she was very patient she understood and she gave me a great haircut. They provide such great service at Chelsea thanks again
