I originally asked for highlights, but they pushed me to do another technique, which turned out to be a complete disaster. My hair is bright yellow, completely uneven, and looks like it was done by an amateur, not a professional.
On top of that, the stylist couldn’t even do a proper blowout—my hair was left frizzy and a mess. And the worst part? They didn’t even tone my hair! I paid $700 for this disaster, and when I got home, I tried fixing it with my Kérastase shampoo and mask, but it’s still an awful shade of yellow.
I wasted an entire day and a huge amount of money just to walk out feeling humiliated with my hair looking horrible. This place is a joke—overpriced, unprofessional, and zero care for customers. Don’t waste your time and money here unless you want to leave looking worse than when you arrived!
