3 /5 Anna Bailey: Gave a 3 only for cleanliness and niceness. However… made an appt and had to wait about 10-15 minutes past the time. Both times I’ve been they were in such a rush on the pedicure she didn’t massage my legs and just rubbed the lotion in. Didn’t let the paraffin wax settle long enough. I had planned to have my manicure here but left and went elsewhere. Felt they are also up charging what the service really is that’s posted.

1 /5 Trey Donovan: DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! My fiancé just got her toes painted and acrylic nails done 12/20/2024. My fiancé told the nail tech that our wedding is in 10 days so she is trying to get her nails done. First off their employee (Henry) left halfway through her nails to go pickup his kid (which isn’t an issue) but she was there from 11:30am until 2:40pm. Then they cut two of her fingers and made them bleed, they did a horrible job on her nails in general, and then on top of that they over charged her and then refused to refund anything after we expressed that we are not happy with their services. We will not be going back and if I could leave zero stars I would. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend. go somewhere else!

1 /5 Addy Sanders: Will not be going back. I went to get my nails done for my wedding. I got a nude color. I wanted gel all natural finger nails and matching toe nails. My toes went way better. But once I sat at the table to get my hands done, I noticed so many things. I noticed the table had not been wiped down, the brush he was using was dirty, the oil had a grit to it. The nail file he used had been used by MANY people before me. The buffer had been used as well. I also got nipped two different times and he did nothing to stop the bleeding and just used the brush to wipe the blood away. I went in the salon with my fiencè and for gel polish on natural nails for me and him the very basics it was $171….. that’s ridiculous.

5 /5 Sydney Leahey: Great experience! Today was my first time in - I had made an appointment via phone. Tommy was right on time - 15 minutes early actually. I got the dip powder manicure. He took his time, but wasnt too slow. I loved how they turned out! Ill definitely be back for a fill! Thanks for your fabulous service, Tommy! UPDATE : Ive now have 4 fills and I have been so happy with them every time! Finally tried a new color today. Love them!!

Elite Nails - Bronx Victoria: Decided to try this place and NEVER AGAIN! The service is horrible! I started with one tech and in the middle of her prepping she told me another is going to take me. I thought maybe has someone else? No she just didn’t wanted to do my services. The other nail tech was so rude and very unprofessional. They sit by eachother left side. I told her and show her a picture how I wanted my nails and shape and did completely opposite. I kept telling her please fix this nail or please make the shape like I showed you and I told me I can get up from the chair if I don’t like it bc she has other clients to attends. The customer service from this place is horrible. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The upper management or onwer needs to change the whole staff if they want the salon to continue open. None of those nail tech know what they are doing and the funny thing is they all talk about eachother too. No one is professional there.

Jenny Spa BX (Nails on 7th) - Bronx Ana Mor: First off I want to start by saying how excited I was to do my nails with Jenny I had booked a month ago. I arrived 30 minutes earlier. I showed her my inspiration nails picture(500 dollars) she requires a deposit of $50 so I decided that I wasn’t going to spend $500 dollars on my nails so I told her that I was willing to pay $250. So for $250 you get 4 rhinestone nails but not full , she left acrylic residue on my nails she was bothered that I had dry cuticles and she didn’t even bother to check if my nails were perfect because I have a hair in one of them. I do understand that you get what you pay for but I honestly was expecting a better service not this! even if it was simple she should have made sure that the nails were perfect and that I was satisfied but I wasn’t! I guess if you are a celebrity or somebody from the media you’re going to get pampered and an excellent service but since I’m a regular person she doesn’t care and I’m not a complicated person I’m always open to suggestions .. i’ll leave some pictures here...

Nail Studio & Spa - Buffalo Eva Sutton: went here twice the first time the acrylic nails were very thick but they lasted so it was fine. the second time the lady didnt even put on a fake nail and just put acrylic over my real nail and they are very short and uneven. i got a gel pedi and an acrylic set after soaking off my previous set and it cost $145. DO NOT GO HERE, theyre prices are so expensive and the work is not of good quality. i got scammed, you will too.

WellZen Lounge - Brooklyn Erika Murray: I’ve always had an amazing manicure at WellZen. Today Amanda, the manager, blew it out of the park. Always meticulous and precise she gave me a gel manicure with extensions and I was in and out in 1/2 the time. Very happy and will always come back.

Sandy first nail and spa INC - Brooklyn Yin Smart: I have visited this place twice. I always have to wait 10-15 minutes for attention which normally will discourage me from going anywhere (I mean, that’s why I set up an appointment in the first place) but since they always good job and I’m always happy with the final result I can tolerate it. The service both times has been good, the staff is very professional and patience with me (Sometimes I can be indecisive with the colors). Would I recommend this place? Well, I walk 1.2 miles just to go to this place instead of going to a different nail salon closer to me (And GOD know there are a lot of them), so yes, I do.
