First Christian Church - Fort Myers Leigh Halgrim: My family and I have been attending FCC for some time now, and I can honestly say it’s become a place we truly consider home. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and embraced by everyone. What stands out the most about FCC is the sense of community—it’s not just a church, it’s a family.
We’ve made so many meaningful friendships here, and the connections we’ve formed have been a huge blessing. The people here genuinely care for each other, and it’s clear that the church’s leadership is committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels like they belong. Whether its through small group gatherings, Sunday services, or church events, there are always opportunities to build relationships and grow spiritually alongside others.
Our kids have also flourished in the childrens ministry. It’s not just childcare; they’re learning and growing in their faith, and they love going to church every week. The youth program is active and engaging, which gives our teenagers a place to connect and grow in their own faith journey too.
We feel incredibly blessed to be part of First Christian Church. It’s more than just a place of worship—it’s a community where we’ve grown spiritually, made lifelong friends, and found a sense of belonging!
