5 /5 Nick Barrett: My wife and I have been attending this church since August of 2024. After growing up in church and moving to Lakeland in May of 2024, we did the “church shopping” thing and felt that God was calling us to make CFTO our home. God has blessed that obedience by providing us with immediate, genuine, and Christ-centered fellowship and relationships. The leadership of Pastor Kevin, Jesse, Tyler, Larry and others have been incredible from the beginning, and it is clear that this church’s number one priority is, unapologetically, bringing as many people into the Kingdom as possible. We are so grateful that God has led us to be a part of it. If you come here, know that you are going to be loved, supported, and pushed to pursue the general and specific calling that God has put on your life. The best way to get connected is to sign up for their monthly “claim” class and step into serving the church somewhere you feel called. You will make immediate connections if you are willing to step out of your comfort zone and let people into your life. I met another young man around my age through serving as leaders in the youth ministry in September of 2024 and now I am going to be in his wedding in September of 2025!

2 /5 Jai S.: I recently started going to this church about six months ago and I have given it some time to give a honest review. This past Easter weekend was such a disappointment. Thier Easter egg event felt like it was a last minute get together. The balloon guy was rude told me I was too old for a ballon, I had to explain to him my child was in the bounce house just for him to give me one. The music choices were not appropriate for a church event. The service just like any other service, I do not feel as if there is any real spiritual message just a whole lot of punch lines to get us to laugh. Jokes here and there a fine because we need to keep the younger generation interested, but let’s not forget why we are truly there and it’s to hear the lord word not punch lines. These are my opinions and no one has to agree, I just felt the need to express them.

5 /5 William Payne: I felt right at home here while visiting my daughter at college. Very energetic and uplifting worship service paired with a great, relatable message. I highly recommend giving them a visit if youre in the Lakeland area.
