1 /5 Christy no;: I called from 4 different numbers to make a simple appoinment for my daughter and I. They kept hanging up the phone. If it was one phone it would be understandable (maybe they couldnt hear me) , but it was 4 different phones! ( So I was still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they may have had a problem with their phone line. They kept saying hello, like once or twice and hung up. So I finally got though on an office phone here at work. I told someone what was happening all morning when I TRIED TO MAKE AND APPOINTMENT. They were like "oh well" I even said, "dont you think this could make you lose business" they said "maybe" I was appaulled. No apology, no "how can we help you" NADA! Well they lost our business before it even began. Customer service is everything to me.
