The front desk personnel is outstanding! Extremely nice and professional. I want to highlight Hector. Hector is the right person for this job. His customer service and patience is remarkable. Very impressive! I will refer people to this office because of him. Clean office, friendly staff and runs on time. Again, the entire staff is incredible but Hector really is phenomenal!!! He most certainly went above and beyond to help me book and get seen asap for my emergency, last minute request, to get a super painful impacted wisdom tooth extracted. You cannot do better than this office and Dr. Emily Hardin if you are truly interested in having your work done properly, with minimal or no pain, and with such obvious concientious care. I saw a 1 star review of some guy, signing off with "happy trails" and I chuckled to myself thinking wherever he lands, his problems will surely accompany him. When I visit this office I always ask about my coverage and my responsibilities and they always assist. Any consideration to leave the best Dental Care available in the entire USA, is not even a sane contemplation. We are personally responsible for knowing our part! You do yours, and this office does theirs every time! Well, here is the rub. Dental care is extremely important which any of you can easily verify by being out in the public and just observing.
