Please don’t think your going to get the results you ask for my Goddaughter asked for highlights and the hairstylist Stephanie was not experienced at all left her with brassy yellow/orange tones and no dimension and had the audacity to say it looked good please don’t waste you money or time thankfully my cousin refused to pay and went somewhere else to do a color correction on my nieces hair. Very unprofessional owner as well!!!

I had even informed her a few days prior that my hair had been highlighted just two month ago and expressed my concerns about potential damage. She reassured me it would be fine. However, after the treatment, my hair was melted and severely damaged. When I reached out to her the same day, she only suggested basic products and never apologized for the damage. This experience was very upsetting, and I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions!

My stylist/ the owner, Dawn, was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She offered great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape, and I truly appreciated her professional advice. Throughout the appointment, she made sure I was comfortable and checked in frequently to ensure I was happy with the progress. The haircut and color turned out even better than I had imagined – she really brought my vision to life! The salon was immaculate, with all the tools and stations looking spotless. I also noticed they were very diligent about sanitizing everything, which made me feel safe and well cared for. Pricing was very reasonable considering the exceptional level of service, and I felt I received great value for my money. Plus, the booking process was seamless! Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Shoreline Hair Design. The staff is incredibly talented and genuinely cares about their clients’ satisfaction.
