5 /5 Ciara Diaz: So, I went to this dentist office recommended by a friend, as an emergency visit due to an issue with a tooth after eating popcorn. I got to say that my experience with their customer service was excellent from the minute I called to make the appointment to the minute I left the office. First, they do take emergencies and promptly provide same-day-service, which I was extremely grateful for that. I called to make the appointment before office hours and the lady who took the call was very pleasant and let me know I would get a phone call from an office representative as soon as they were available. I got the call one and a half hour later and they gave me an appointment right away. The office personnel greeted me with a smile and with a friendly personality, especially Katherine, who saw in a distress mood, yet, she managed to put a smile on my face. Then Yamilette, she was with me through the whole process. We conversed, we laughed, while she was explaining every step or procedure she would do. She was the dentist assistant and she is a beautiful soul. And last, the dentist, Dr. Pham... AMAZING! He explained every little thing about the procedure he was going to perform plus answer any questions I had. Bottom line, I loved the treatment I got from them and I will keep them as my Dental Care provider.
