5 /5 Journey Ford: A very welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff! The prices were fair and service was excellent. I came in for a French manicure, I loved the results! I will definitely be back. I did not get the name of the woman who provided me with my manicure but I do know she is 35 and her brother works there as well. Thank you very much, you did a great job!

3 /5 John Blomquist: My daughter and I went there on an (uncrowded) Sunday afternoon having made appointments just a few hours prior. We had an “okay” experience at Cosmo. We were celebrating her birthday so we went for the “Jelly Pedicure” which is supposed to take 75 minutes. We did enjoy the fun “jelly” experience, plus they offered free drinks including mimosas. The techs were super nice and polite in every way. My daughter finished in about 68 minutes (I think of it as not getting the full massage experience, really) and I finished in 78 but only because I had a ten minute wait for a different tech to paint my nails. The bathroom door didn’t lock and it was kind of nasty, but the tools they used on our feet were right out of the packaging, and I was very happy about that. Finally, the nail on my left big toe was not filed straight and doesn’t match the other toe. I’m used to techs making your nail match on both sides so I didn’t notice til I put my regular sandals on at home. I don’t live nearby so I can’t get it fixed.

Brandon Nails - Orlando marilyn lopera: I recently visited Brandon’s Nails for the first time, thanks to my best friend who just moved to the area. We decided to have a girls’ day, and she introduced me to what is now my favorite nail salon! I’ve never had my nails look so natural with gel polish. My nail tech, Kylie, who is now my go-to, was absolutely amazing. She’s extremely detail-oriented, and you can really tell she’s dedicated to her work. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming—I left feeling like I had been going there for years. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lee Nails & Spa Orlando - Orlando Roni Ruiz: Horrible job. They charge $50 only because I wanted to use callous remover. It is early stated in their book express nails for $30 and $5 charge for callous remover. Instead, I was charged $56, supposed to come with polish, and I asked for clear, but I didnt get anything. When I questioned ricky, he wasnt having it. Please make sure to early express all needs and wants They are used to tourist and take advantage. Ricky was kind to ask if I was a local or not. Also, he didnt even move me from the pedicure chair to the nail station. Kept me there twisting and turning to appease his stance. Horrible! Edit to respond to sad excuses: Youre incorrect. Take a picture of your book that says Express mani & pedi that states $30 that is the basic mani and pedi and tell me where the $50 comes from? Its two boxes down and includes polish. Also, care to explain why my cuticles look UNTOUCHED! Service was atrocious, hence why only one other person was there.

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year now. The massage chairs for the pedicures are nice. Everyone does a great job! But Lina is my girl who usually does my nails.
