1 /5 Andrew Lauria: Without question the worst experience with any automotive related business in my entire life. I brought my Volvo in with a bad clutch a year and a half ago and it took nine (9!!!!) visits over a few months time for the shop to replace it and get it right. (Every time the car came back to me, something else wasnt right. For example, one time the reversing lights didnt work. The mechanic never plugged them back in after replacing the clutch.) They charged me for a host of parts pertaining to the clutch as well as steering components and engine mounts only to find out later that they never replaced some of the parts I paid for. I just found another original, old engine mount that I paid them to replace a year and a half ago. Among the host of issues after the car was returned to me, I discovered a couple of missing bolts from one of the engine mounts. Not safe and terrible workmanship. I spent thousands of dollars here and received terrible mechanical service and was lied to at least three different times. And to complicate things further, the shop went through three different managers at the front desk during my time dealing with them. Literally nothing went right, from start to finish even though I was constantly assured by the owner that he would make things right. He never did. I would completely avoid this business at all cost.
