It was completely flat in less than 30 seconds, but thank God for Mat Steele with M&D Auto Repair. He let us pull right into one of his bays, used his jack to lift the truck and air the tire up so we could see what the issue was. When we saw that it was a huge split that couldn’t be repaired, he got down on the wet concrete and helped my husband get the spare tire from under the truck. We tried to pay him, but he wouldn’t let us and said it was the right thing to do and he was happy he could help us. This was just a perfect example that humanity isn’t completely lost and there really are amazing people left in this world. We couldn’t be more grateful!
