1 /5 Taryn Hackney: We took our daughter who is seven years old to get a gel nail polish called. He explained exactly what we wanted on the phone. The young guy Who answered the phone claims his name is Mark told us it would be $15. Upon getting there, we told them who we were and that we had just called. The guy said yes, he remembered who we were and have a seat right with the lady to get my daughterâs nails polished. The woman was very sweet and did my daughterâs nails beautifully however upon leaving, the guy asked us to wait at the front while he walked to the back with the woman who did my daughterâs nails came back and then told us the price would be $30 when I asked why the price jumped double what was told to us he told me it was because I asked for a manicure when I came in when I never did and told this because she got her nails clipped it was an additional $15 when I pointed to the board that said $15 for gel polish, I was told that was because I didnât specify when I did when I called and was given the price of $15. They proceeded to clip my daughterâs nails, and I know that they were gonna charge us $15 to clip a seven year old nails I would never Have said OK to that. I was so disappointed because the nails came out so nice but the customer service was so horrible and the fact that this man robbed my daughter because this was her money saved from her birthday is so disheartening. We will not be back
