5 /5 Everyday Eats Upgraded: Dave’s is the best. Honest and fair local shop. One local auto shop told me I needed a new catalytic converter, another told me I needed a fuel pump. Dave and his team fixed my issue with a simple part (clamp) and some cleaning. Saved me lots of $$. Will return for future auto services.

5 /5 Steven OBrien: Honest, fair prices, and quality work! Took my SUV in for a potential cracked head gasket issue said all I needed was a radiator cap. Saved me over $3,700 plus saved me over 50% on a brake job. My finances are extremely tight so that was a big deal for me. Could the customer service be better (not Dave)? Yes, it could but theyre good people who get the job done and can save you money!

3 /5 Nicole ORourke: I love Dave! Hes a good guy and does good work and ensures his work is done correctly. The only reason I gave it a 3 stars is because of the people who are working there seemed to have had a lack of customer service skills while I was speaking with them. I called yesterday to get some work done. The lady on the phone took my info and said, "come in first thing in the morning". I realized this morning when I dropped my car off that my interpretation of first thing in the morning was very different than her interpretation of first thing in the morning. I got there around or a little before 10:00. A The guy behind the counter said that I had an 8:00 appointment. I told him the lady on the phone didnt give me a time. He then started talking to someone else saying that I was suppose to be there at 8 and didnt get there till 10. I was kinda turned off by him talking down about me infront of me. I then turned to walk out to go home. He said with what seemed to me as an attitude "dont walk away!". I said, "okay..." and he said "you have to do paperwork". I honestly thought the lady last night was taking all my info for filling things out. I dont know if he was having a rough morning or maybe it was me showing up later than my appointment time...which i didnt realize. Ive only been there 1 other time. I got something fixed and it didnt work properly after bringing it home. I called Dave and he said have it towed in at his own expense and that he would make it right. He held true to his word. Hes an honest guy I just didnt think the way the whole experience this time was professional at all (no fault of his) I think if I would have gotten an actual time, which wasnt all her fault. I should have asked for a time, but a time should also be provided to the customer instead of assuming they have the same understanding. As well as the guy behind the counter...it just seemed very off putting and I felt disrespected by the time I walked out.
