1 /5 Sidney Beitler: Incompetent (made an appointment over the phone -- no record of it when I showed up). Rude (was told by the receptionist: "wasnt me that you spoke with" -- which was the explanation she provided as to why my appointment isnt on record). When I asked to be at least told "sorry - on behalf of David" -- she told me David is dead. Customer service/relations... :(
