5 /5 Britany Tourigian: I had a wonderful time at Daytona Lagoon, which offers something for all ages. My daughter particularly enjoyed the lazy river and the kids area. I felt completely safe knowing that the lifeguards were keeping a close eye on all the children. The amusement park has done an excellent job training them. We hardly had to wait long for the water park rides. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I cant wait to plan a trip to go back.

1 /5 Emileshka Diaz: Worst place ever came with my family and the girl taking care of us was extremely rude we asked her about the advertisement that said 50% off arcade games Monday-Friday and she responded it’s not on my screen so I guess we don’t have it with attitude and rolling her eyes. Our response was okay it says it on your screen and she just stares at us saying nothing. THEN WHY ARE YOU ADVERTISING SOMETHING YOU DONT HAVE ANYMORE. Then proceeds to skip over us and give us attitude when we asked about the 140 credits of arcade game. So ridiculous!!! Hire people with better customer service never coming back here again.

5 /5 Volo Rachel “Rae”: Great place for the family if you go on a weekday when it isnt too crowded. Its on the outside of an arcade. Decent size--not too small that it becomes boring in an hour, and not too big that its overwhelming and a long walk to different attractions or back to your seats. I recommend purchasing tickets before you go, and you get a discount if youre a FL resident. I also highly recommend renting a Cabana. Ive tried both the Party Cabana as well as the smaller one, and I prefer the Party Cabana for our family of 5. Its more private and shaded. Theres plenty of room too, especially if you have a baby, a stroller, multiple bags, and you want room to stretch out. Food isnt much to brag about, but they do have a bar area where the adults can enjoy a mixed drink, spiked seltzer, or beer, which was perfect on a hot, sunny day!

2 /5 Barbara Burbage: I was told (by a manager) that the super pass would allow my grandchildren to bring one friend (per pass) for free to Daytona Lagoon one time a month. After purchasing Super Passes for my family, I told 4 (less fortunate) children in my neighborhood that we would be taking them at least once. I learned today, I had been misinformed. RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION when buying from this place. I now have the difficult task of having to disappoint these unfortunate children. Also, the prices are NOT cheaper to buy online than in person. They lie - apparently to draw more people. The food is outrageously high - 1 coke for 5.00 (what a mark up!). The staff are very friendly & the kids do have fun but overall, its not worth 203.34 (189.99 + taxes). Kids are ready to leave within a few hours (I insist on staying longer to get my moneys worth of "fun". Im really upset over being misled by this place, but have given an honest review.

1 /5 Latardra Walker: My family & I have visited many many different water parks, this place here will NEVER get another coin out my pocket. The cashier was rude, the supervisor was unprofessional AND most of all Mr Tyler Currie I had high expectations for him because he is the general manager. He was very unprofessional wouldn’t allow me to speak without him interrupting me while I’m trying to have an adult conversation/ complain about this employees. You can tell he has no control over his staff because at one point one of his employees, stood there at the counter with her arms folded, she didn’t have anything to do with what was going on. His appearance was very slack & sloppy I thought he was the janitor or housekeeper. He never apologized for his staff for not giving me full details on the park, on Google it states the park is open until 10p however the water park close at 6pm. Had I known that I wouldn’t have purchased the tickets I did. Tyler really need to go back over his customer service training and his people skills & always remember have his listening ears on.. Most importantly ALWAYS ALWAYS respect the customer, and never leave a customer unhappy. The staff that work under him really can’t help but to not have customers relations skills. Close the entire park for a full day to have training on customer service skills and topics on how to and not to treat your customers. Without customers there’s NO business‼️
