If continuously cutting people off as they are trying to speak is being polite, maybe we have two different understandings. I’m sure you listen to the audio so please, let’s be accurate. I did not ask him to guess on repairs, I simply asked for the cost of labor. They are not the same thing. And if labor changes depending on the repairs, for example if it’s a wiring issue, you should still be able to tell me what labor costs will be. In all my years I’ve never had a company not be able to tell me what their labor is. It’s ridiculous. And thank you for the wishes, I did end up finding better. :)
