    Kwik P: Gee I hate reading bad reviews for such an excellent Dr and a wonderful,professional and very courteous staff- from reception to administrative.It makes me wonder if these people can ever be pleased with anything,expected to get a same day appt or are just miserable and love to complain Someone always answers the phone unlike other offices that go through Central scheduling,if they cannot & you leave a msg your call is returned in a timely manner- if this wasnt so Id be elsewhere despite the fact he is a top cardiologist in Broward County Youre not kept waiting to be seen because they schedule properly and not 3patients at a time every 15 minutes and thats why you may not get an immediate appt. If your need is urgent to see a cardiologist then you need to go to ER!!!

Waited for 1 hour for the appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance and having a 5-minute session with a doctor paying $170, not having all of the questions answered and the doctor literally escaped saying goodbye and leaving some questions unanswered

    Valdi Guintiliano: Terrible communication. I’m a Broward patient and I’ve had an emergency and needed to go to the ER. The doctor at the hospital asked me to visit my PCP. It took two days to be able to schedule and appointment at this location only to find out 3 hours before the appointment that I needed to change my PCP in order to get my insurance coverage. I did, they called this place and my insurance called them and let them know I needed to come in urgently and it was okay to come. I arrived at this place only to find out that they didn’t accept pregnant ladies, although I had told the appointment center I was pregnant and had an emergency and needed to see my PCP as soon as possible. Nothing was done! They had two days to call me and let me know if they had a problem with my insurance and instead of that they waited just a few hours before the appointment. They didn’t accept a full payment for the appointment which I said I would do if the problem was the insurance coverage I could pay for the appointment because it is an emergency, only to get another excuse from the front desk about my pregnancy! So frustrating, upsetting.. driving 30 minutes here pregnant and with a toddler to ended up not being seen by a doctor and nobody caring enough to help me!

Whenever I went to see him for any problems I had with my health, he was always very helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great doctor.     peter tung: Dr. Astha Bhatt, who just visited my mother, did an excellent job with the colon and rectal operations related to Diverticulities. She was the greatest surgeon for colon and rectal surgery and was thorough, courteous, and knowledgable. She took her time reviewing everything. I think shes the best colorectal surgeon for getting the most accurate and speedy recovery. In the modern world, her bedside manners are a little unusual. Dr. Bhatt takes the time to get to know his patients and address any questions or concerns they may have, in contrast to other medical professionals who treat them in and out. Im thrilled that my primary care physician in Broward County suggested Dr. Bhatt to me for best quality medical treatment. Please visit Dr. Bhattis clinic in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, if youre searching for a diverticulitis surgeon! I highly recommend her, she is an expert with diverticulitis and sever constipation treatment.

    Erika O.: The first impression of the location is great. There is plenty of parking. The walkway leading to the suite could use some renovation as it is not a smooth trail and can be considered a trip hazard. Inside of the office it seemed nice. The young man attending the front desk was very kind, and his smile was infectious. My son spilled a bit of water on the floor, so I asked for some napkins to clean it up. Inside of the exam room is filled with dust and cobwebs. They need to take cleaning a bit more serious. The patient bed is falling apart. The nurse taking the vital signs was very kind but, very rough while getting a blood sample from my kid. I did not like that. I was seen by a nurse practitioner who blatantly disapproved of me breast-feeding my child. I was given a recommendation to supplement my kids iron levels but, I was not advised of the side effects. I took off one star for cleaning this and one star for the lack of beside manner.

    German Sanchez: My mother was a patient to this extreme rude Doctor, who doesn’t care about his patients at all! She had extreme pain in her back and went to see this Doctor to see what the pain was, and he only thought it was a bacteria in her stomach, when in reality it was pancreatic cancer. She wasted months with this so called “Doctor” and ended up losing her life due to the time wasted with this rude & careless “Doctor.” I just hope no one puts their life and health in the hands of this despicable human being!!

    Julianna: Both my husband and I have been patients of Broward Family Medical for almost 10 years. We see Dr. Megan Waskin. She is a phenomenal practitioner with an incredible bedside manor. She is thorough, patient and kind and really listens and understands. She takes her time with her patients and you never feel rushed or overlooked. She actually reviews your chart and history before seeing you and is always fully prepared. The office is great and they do labs in house, which is wonderful. The entire staff is kind, proficient and extremely welcoming We are treated like family, and that is what you should expect when seeing your family doctor. We are beyond grateful for all of the care we continue to receive at Broward Family Medical.
