1 /5 seephase: I’ll start by saying that I’ve used this business for repairs and oil changes in the past with no complaints. I recently returned to have my Ac checked, and after putting the “ machine “ on it and two hours later was told it needed extensive repair of $1200. The “ computer “ they said, said my compressor was bad. And the 1200 was just the starting point of what was said to be needed to be done. And more money to “ investigate “. I got a second opinion of course and turned out there was nothing wrong with the compresor nor the fan or hoses. 130$ for the AC to be charged up. SMH and sad at the fact they tried to rip me a new one

5 /5 Poseidon: They really know how to do the work the best price I ever had in all my life and the most quickly service it just amazing super recommendett I have a flat tire and they were busy and full of cars and still like that they finish the work in 5 minutes

1 /5 jim britt: Delray Auto replaced my front brakes & rotors 3 years ago, Im a snowbird and leave my car in FL, so I dont rack up the miles on it. Now, after only 21,000 miles, the front brakes shudder and pulsate. I worked in auto repair years ago, and know that I should get way more than 21k miles out of a good brake job. I took the car to another reputable repair shop, who told me that Delray Auto had installed second rate, poor quality parts. I returned the parts to Delray Auto, who insists that they are good parts and out of warranty. They blame my driving habits for the short life of their brake job. I and another reputable shop disagree. Shorty story: avoid Delray Auto Repair.

1 /5 Elizabeth Gillen: HORRIBLE!-DO NOT USE-! I took my SUV in for mostly preventative maintenance as I drive extensively for work. This is included oil change, 4 tires, balance wheel alignment and and rear brakes. I was told the front brakes were "great" and did not n need any work. Totaling over $1500.00. Almost immediately I noticed that at highway driving the SUV would start to shimmy and shake, also when coming to a stop the SUV would pulsate in the front (new issue after work). I took the SUV back (losing a day of work) and told that the tires were "severely" unbalanced on the right front and now I had a front warped brake rotor. Carlos, the manager, told me I would have to pay for the new rotor, around $450-$500 and that they rebalanced the tires. I tried to inquire more as to how this could be that NOW I have a damage rotor and he would just talk in circles or talk over me without any resolution. I was told the car was "safe" to drive with a warped rotor. I needed my vehicle for work so I picked it up. When they gave me the report back it was only the ORIGINAL work order, not the work order I saw him write re: tires and new pulsating upon braking. I was basically shut down as for as any more conversation even though I was polite. I asked for someone above Carlos, and was told "hes it" by the front desk lady. Furthermore, the SUV is still shimming and shaking at highway speeds, and front pulsating worse. NEVER will use them again. ***5/20/25- took SUV to Meineke as severe shaking when driving and stopping continued. The tires that I had mounted at Delray Auto were mounted incorrectly and unbalanced!! Cost me $$$ to have them fix the original job mount , balance and alignment from Delray Auto. Also noticed (which is definitely new) damage to tire rim.

5 /5 Quirk Jennifer: I got a flat tire and immediately knew who to call for advice - Delray Auto Repair. They sent someone out to me immediately, diagnosed the issue, literally fixed the issue right there on the side of the road. I was on my way back home in less than 30 min. This is a place that feels like family. Everyone is always so helpful and I can trust that they actually have my best interest at hand and are not just trying to scam me. They have literally helped to troubleshoot issues many times in the past and have even sent me home remedied without charging me a dime. I’ve had multiple times where the fix was $25 or less (like today) And the times when real work needed to be done, people knowledgeable about cars assured me that the pricing was more than fair and the work done made sense. Did I mention that everyone is extremely sweet and attentive? Thank you AGAIN for taking the panic out of my day and helping me get back on the road quickly!
