1 /5 Bob Tuck: Sadly,, this is the very first negative review I have ever written,, and with 38 years in business along with my wife, in SW Florida, this is the absolute worst we have ever been treated. I have never owed a bad debt or been turned over to collections until the Billing Department at Babcock Dental,, did so recently. We live just 5 minutes from their office,, visited numerous times in an effort to resolve a billing challenge,, two years later,, my just having to pay $838.00 to a collection agency while still not having clarity what is owed. Very troubling and sad. We live in Babcock Ranch,, currently have a neighbor experiencing the same challenge. Our eldest daughter, son in law and three granddaughters followed our lead to begin visiting Dr Torres,, their too no longer going here due to vague confusing billing with no clear explanation while being expected to pay. Their lack of accountability is very troubling. While we referred many in our community to Dr Torres,, I must now voice boldly the need to stay away from their Babcock Ranch Location. It saddens me!
I too, notice now, they do not have a Better Business Bureau listing, which shouldn’t surprise me.
