I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental office. I initially visited for a routine cleaning, during which I was informed that I had two cavities that needed fillings. I agreed to proceed with the treatment. However, after the procedure, I was in severe pain for several days.
When I contacted the office to express my concerns, I was advised to return for an evaluation with Dr. Bennett. He determined that the filling was too high and attempted to adjust it by drilling it down. Unfortunately, this only worsened my pain, as he drilled too far and affected the nerve.
After continuing to experience intense discomfort for several days, I called & requested to be seen by a different doctor. Upon examination, I was informed that the filling was too close to the nerve and that I might require a root canal. I was prescribed antibiotics and pain medication as an initial solution, but after seven days, the pain remained unbearable. As a result, I now have to undergo a root canal procedure—something that could have been avoided with proper care.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating,painful and costly. I believe the pain and additional procedure were a direct result of Dr. Bennett’s improper treatment. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking professional and competent dental care.
Dr. Bennett’s lack of care and professionalism is atrocious . The fact that I now have to pay for their mistake is infuriating. This office is negligent, careless, and absolutely not a place you should trust with your dental health. Save yourself the pain, frustration, and money—go somewhere else!
