1 /5 Mike Mota: Poor ability to respond by the owner. I tried booking online for a cyber monday special but their website isnt up to date enough to run their special. So I go out of my way to DM and i was told with a screenshot “i have receieved your reservation” and it was still gonna be half off. She sent me her zelle info for 1/2 the price and i responded with a question on cash being okay since i wanted to tip her. Failing to follow up with her clients,
I was last told the reservation was in place, when I asked about cash payment (@1pm Mon) I received no response. Then, cancelled my reservation without notice as I showed up to the reservation time and was denied service. Refused to respond in a timely manner, ignored the call and just reiterated what the deal was on Monday that she couldnt clarify in the first place. Wouldn’t recommend wasting waisting your time
