With red hair, I’ve had ups and downs with new people in the past - but I trusted the reviews here! Dilenia was unexpectedly available - I called her early morning on a Saturday and surprisingly she got me in late morning. She advised me well to wait on highlight refreshes and did a beautiful job with the color and cut. Extremely personable, beautiful space with plenty of product - and I loved my fancy cappuccino! Definitely recommended and I’ll be back!

Marie M.: I love coming here on a monthly basis. Oftentimes, we make it a Girls Day Out date with one of my daughters, sister or a niece. I’ve had the greatest experiences with both Luz Maria and Maya who I can request online or by phone. The hostess is always super pleasant and attentive too, offering drinks from their regular drink list. I do wish they added sparkling water, but in its stead, I order a mimosa. When it comes to a style, whether I choose the Mai Tai or a regular blow dry, my time here feels exclusive, regardless of how many other customers are also getting pampered. The ambiance is relaxed but somehow fun as well. The decor, with the elegant framed mirrors, is perfect and I just can’t recommend them enough!

Christian Barajas: This was my first visit to In Sync. First off the staff here is extremely professional. Every stylist greeted me and was friendly. Paige, was the stylist who cut my hair. She was precise and took her time. She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the best haircut I have ever recieved. Not to mention she blow dried my hair and I now look and feel like a movie star. All in all the atmosphere and whole vibe of this salon is on point. I will be returning as well as recommending all my friends and family to go there.

I can tell how far she is in her craft experience due to going to many different places before this one, to have it done and it was so far the best one I’ve ever had, also she was able to offer more insight on skin care and suggested a routine for me. She is NOW the only person I will allow to touch my face and I was advised for sure to contact her for all my facial care questions and concerns. Left with glowing skin and a pleasant experience! I had my hair done here the other day (highlights and haircut), first, they charged me waaaay over than it was supposed to be and they burned my hair that much that it started falling out. It looks horrifying. They also cut it so now my hair looks weird with different length when I asked for face framing, they cut off one side more than the other. The blonde lady was the most rude person I ever seen in my life. They messed up my hair and also tried to over charge me. When I refused to pay that blonde lady by reception started getting aggressive. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior.
