I’be never been 100% satisfied with my nails but I can say that my experience today was more than 110%! Fast seating, clean environment, friendly people, top notch quality and pricing. My nail tech Kathy does my nails perfect every time, every shape I’ve got, she’s done excellent and she goes the extra mile for me and I love her for that! She isn’t too rough on messaging the legs when I get my pedi, always makes sure I’m comfortable and my water is perfect. She could almost put me to sleep. Never been rough, never grew a fungus under any nails. The other employees even when they’re walking around they still will acknowledge clients and give a hello or how are you! Pricing is reasonable!

We were all seated and the nail tech started arguing with me that I needed to have a pedicure with my family. Would not take no for an answer. My sister in law finally convinced her that I only wanted nails. $65 later, after I specifically showed her my very slanted nails, they’re almost all slanted, and my thumbnail has a very interesting swoop. Terrible customer service, they constantly tried to sell other services by saying “you need lip wax”. Insulting. Would not recommend.

I had so much fun chatting with Evelyn—and she gave me perfect and wonderful French tips. I’m thrilled with them and I’m actually pretty hard to please. She’s conscientious about her work and was a perfectionist—she made extra sure I was happy before I left and was just so lovely. Will definitely return when I’m back in the area. 10/10 recommend.
