4 /5 amy m: My 96 year old mother who was no longer leaving her home, still needed care, even though she had documents stating she wanted little intervention. I always respected her wishes, while still trying to keep on top of simple medical needs. We had tried a couple of concierge nurse practioners, but it wasnt until I came across this organization (unfortunately late in the game), that I found the right fit for her. Her doctor Trevor Bailey was kind, understanding and helpful, but never pushed her to do any procedure she refused. He understood that her advanced age and my understanding of her desires allowed us both to make the best decisions for her. There was a regular number to call Monday through Friday like a normal doctors office and after hours they had a call number which I thought was fantastic and professional. He helped me decide when it was time to call hospice in and supported my decision to do so. He was always respectful to me and my mom without treating her like she was a child. This is an extremely valuable service for anyone who has a loved one who needs a doctor to come to them. They provide all the services they need also. I recommend them highly!

5 /5 Mary Gould: I have been being treated by Doctors House Calls for many years now. I have a great relationship with the whole staff. Becky, Lisa, Christine and Tonya are so caring.They are all very attentive to all of my needs which makes me feel very special. Ali visits me every month. She is awesome!!! All have a great bedside manner. Couldnt imagine having any other practice taking care of me. TRULY THE BEST!!!

2 /5 Mr. Thomas A. Anderson: Excellent doctor. Dr. B. cares for his patients and goes the extra mile for his patients. The staff is the opposite. Exam orders go unfulfilled, and the staff practically hangs up on you, they leave you talking to yourself on the phone (I had this experience with Lisa and Becky). You are transferred to Becky to follow up on imaging and labs and there no way to leave a message. Christina makes the appointments, she answers the phone 1 time but not the 2nd time. I would not recommend if your loved one has urgent needs. I leave 2 stars only because the doctor is caring.

5 /5 Ray Schwartz: I needed to get a specific government form completed for my two parents who had just been relocated to an Assisted Living Facility in South Florida. Their regular doctors were no longer close by, and driving my parents around to find a physician was not realistic. I was given a very short list of possible travel doctors from the attorney do get this task done. By sheer chance, I contacted Doctors House Calls. I spoke with Jenna, and she was able to put into motion all that was necessary to get this task done. A very complicated process was very quickly turned into a very easy one thanks to Jenna and Doctors House Calls. A suitable day & time was scheduled, and a physician went to the ALF to meet my parents and got the paperwork completed. Dealing with legal/medical matters from 1200 miles away is scary. But finding the people who were able to get it done is a blessing. I could not be more pleased.

5 /5 Michael Counos: Alexandra Gamble APRN, FNP-BC from Doctors House Calls administered my COVID-19 test and I could not have asked for a better experience! I had to get a last minute test before traveling and she fit me into her schedule that next morning! She arrived on time, wearing a mask and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Shes a true professional with a wonderful personality. I would highly recommend Alexandra!
