Lala: Great establishment, must say. They were fast to get an appointment set up and I was in and out in half an hour for a biopsy. Amazing. Other places will do the, "must come in for initial exam then come back for a follow up for the procedure" nonsense. All that does is cost you more money in gas and co-pay and they get money for 2 service fees. Tricky tricky. But here they get the procedure done in the first visit. Cudos. The back patient room and the waiting room were all clean. I seen absolutely nothing that stuck out here which is good because Im very attentive to medical uncleanliness. For their phone number, it is to the actual office building and not to a call center. A lot of the time call centers cant answer certain medical questions like what can and cant be done there and if it can be done at the first visit. Its refreshing that the number is to the office and not a call center so if you have any questions you can ask them directly and not get a potentially wrong answer.
Joe Sawvel: My experience was lack of customer service, sort of like a DMV experience - especially the folks at the front desk - they sort of ignored me, and then acted inconvenienced by my presence. The experience is what I might expect from a government bread line, but not from a business with paying customers who can choose another facility if they choose. eratina knight: I couldn’t ask for a better team! I have been seeing Dr. Coates for 5 years and he is an amazing doctor. He listens, he cares, and he is patient. He does what’s best for the patient. My nurses Ashley and Jordan have always had my back when I was going through some of the hardest pregnancies. Hollie showed up and out when we got some news I wasn’t expecting and was very comforting. Now Mrs Christie, she will forever be the best. She gives that second momma vibes. She makes sure Doc knows what’s up with those babies. Teresa always greets with the warmest smile and always asks how I’m feeling, works with me, and is just amazing.Natalie always laughing and so warm. She gets me going. My team in that office is top tier. Even the other staff members are so sweet and make you feel like family. When you find an office like this STICK WITH IT! Forever grateful for my OB team!
Gary Kehoe: Arrived with a kidney stone. No waiting. Assigned to a fantastic nurse whose name I wish I could remember. She was wonderful. Dr. Jimenez was great also. Comparably, I waited11 hours to be seen by staff at a Canadian hospital for the same issue.

Rosemary Griggs Bishop: Dr Sousa is a delight to the community! I am very pleased with the service I get when I see Dr Sousa. She is always on point and makes sure to get to the root of my health issues. I was very happy to finally have a good doctor that cares, after years of searching for a good doctor and am now saddened to know that she will be leaving us.
Mckee Mckee: Had to visit ER today, cant say enough good things about Dr Chisholm. Extremely attentive came in multiple times to talk with me. The nurse was great as well. I had to have chest Xrays and Xrays of the ribs.
