5 /5 Deanna Pritchard: I have been coming to Dr. Botellos office for about 6 years now and have highly recommended him and his staff since the moment I walked in their doors. They have always been extremely accommodating with scheduling, and any of the concerns I have. Dr Botello and his assistant make the dentist not seem as scary. I have extreme anxiety from past dentist experiences and he always reassures me and communicates with me through any procedure or treatment I have had done. Kaitlyn, the hygienist -is a sweetheart and does an amazing job. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now because I am always greeted with a smile from Stephanie and the other wonderful ladies up front. 5 /5 Manny Deras: Let me start by saying that I have always been terrified of the dentist. Since childhood, I’ve had my fair share of painful experiences and unpleasant doctors. My wife visited Dr. Botello and told me how gentle, thorough, and clean he was. At first, I was skeptical, but I needed dental work done, so I decided to give it a try. Now, I have no fear of opening my mouth for Dr. Botello and his team. He is incredibly gentle, ensures you’re comfortable at all times, and takes the time to answer any questions. His office is spotless, and his staff is extremely helpful. They send reminders for appointments via calls and text messages, making scheduling easy. I highly recommend Dr. Botello’s office to everyone!

5 /5 Lori Helton: I have been a patient more than 10 years. I have had several emergency visits and they always fit me in. Everyone is kind and hard working. Dr. Botello is by far the best. He is kind and patient and very knowledgeable. They offer many different services. This time I needed an extraction and they were able to accommodate that was well as a root canal another time. I trust them completely and they work well with my insurance. The office is always clean and I never have a wait.

2 /5 N Sarah “sarahn”: If you don’t mind substandard service and your time wasted, then this is the place for you. It also seems that Dr. Botello needs new staff who can properly manage their time, maintain professionalism, and not lie when they said they tried to contact you but they didn’t. The latest event that stopped our family from returning is when the staff took my husband’s number wrong and when they didn’t get confirmation from him, they cancelled his appointment. They admitted that they took his number down wrong but still wouldn’t see him. Also, in the past, the staff always called me for appointment confirmations. The only person who was worth driving an hour for cleanings was the dental hygienist, Kaitlyn. Unfortunately, why go out of your way for one person when everything else about that office is a mess? You’re better off going to an office that is run smoothly and you don’t have to hear bickering staff while you’re waiting in the waiting room.

5 /5 tony ziegler: Absolutely the finest dentist Ive had, and I have had many over the years. Dr. Botello goes "above and beyond" to take care of patients. The cosmetic, insurance, coordination process can be very frustrating....(Insurance companies resist paying for these procedures, Caps, Crowns etc.). Stephanie worked very hard to get the insurance company to cover my 2 crowns. The office staff is exceptional and it is obvious that Dr. Botello treats them with great respect, enjoys his profession and is genuine in his concern for the patients. Just excellent!!
