5 /5 Muneca Oliver: My first visit and I was not disappointed. I made an appointment three days prior so I was lucky to get in on a Saturday. The online scheduling process was super easy and confirmed within a few hours. I scheduled a wash and retwist.
I arrived the day of about 15 minutes prior and there was a young woman in the chair for my loctician. Tokyo introduced herself and I was asked to sign in and they would be with me in a minute. After about 20 minutes I was asked to move from the waiting area to one of the salon chairs. I waited another 20 minutes for her to finish styling the young lady prior to me and was offered water while I waited. The salon itself is very intimate, comfortable and well kept so I didnt mind waiting a little longer and also I booked so last minute I was just grateful to get an appointment. Once Tokyo started my appointment it seemed to breeze through. My wash was thorough and refreshing and my retwist was painless and flawless. They even managed to get me into the barber shop in the same plaza for a haircut and line up. All together my appointment took about 3 hours with haircut included for 120 locs! Not to mention, they are reasonably priced so getting a retwist once a month is totally affordable. I am making my next appointment right away!!
