1 /5 daniel miller: Id rather use the military healthcare than this place. They dont return phone calls. Getting the doc to stay in the exam room for more than 30 seconds is a chore. Referrals get lost. Prescriptions never get submitted. Save yourself a headache and find a different facility. Chasing a doctor for a service youre paying for isnt worth it here.

4 /5 roni walton: I have been a patient here for the past 4 years. I have had 3 different Nurse Practitioners during this period. The most recent has been responsive, easy to contact and very empathetic. She listens, and provides great answers in language I can understand. I have never had to wait very long from check in until I go to the back, nor too long in the room before she arrives. I have my lab work, x-rays done in house. I have had problems with referrals for procedures, to see specialists and getting prior authorizations from my insurance in a timely manner. Overall, if you stay on top of your own care, you will be OK.

Barry Reed is my PCP and he and his nurse asst. are awesome. They do their best to help me work with the VA Community Care program and get me the primary care that I need. God bless yall!

5 /5 Tammy Runge: Dr. Angela Pool is by far one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She has a nonsense approach to medicine and patient care. Dr. Pool has a wonderful bedside manner that makes you feel heard, a priority,and appreciated as a patient in her care. She is a lets get to the bottom of what is really affecting your health with natural preventive care but understanding modern medicine is sometimes needed as well to get positive lasting results. She gives you knowledge and confidence to be your best own advocate with healthy alternatives and advice without pushing unnecessary medication. When you leave your appointment you know you matter to her as human not just another appointment. She is the best! Doctors Medical is lucky to have her on their staff.

1 /5 Frank Ramsey: Long lines. Half my appointments are cancelled by the DRs office. If you get X-rays for serious problems, do not expect a call back. Apparently it involves the fax machine, only 1 person in the entire building that ‘can use it’ and if you call she’ll openly tell you she just hasn’t done any yet because there’s “hundreds” very unprofessional. Best experience is the front desk, they’re very nice.

The whole team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality care and a smooth experience. Plus, free secure parking is available, which makes the visit even more convenient.

Speak Animal Hospital - Binghamton Scott Parks: I received great care for my Rabbit recently. I took him in for a checkup. Fortunately, no problems. Speak does like for you to be a pre-existing client prior to any urgent need care. Thus the main reason for my visit. Speak does have an exotic pets vet on their staff.

ENT and Allergy Associates - Poughkeepsie - Poughkeepsie Michelle Baker: Front desk staff a woman named Jessica who tried to treat me some sort of way but she failed miserably. As soon as I said hello and that I was here for allergy testing she asked “what I’m I here for?” I replied again, “allergy testing” she then asked for my insurance I responded “I didn’t know I needed my insurance card,” she replied “ it’s your first time here why wouldn’t you need your insurance card?” At this point I wanted to say “do I know you from somewhere because this attitude isn’t warranted? Instead I said this appt was scheduled months ago and started thinking how all weekend I was receiving reminders but not one reminder to bring my insurance card. She rolled her eyes and said “let me see if my supervisor could look me up! She gave me this heavy IPad to start filling out all my information and started whispering to her coworker. Never have I ever argued with someone in a doctor’s office where it’s suppose to be an empathetic and professional environment but not the girls in Poughkeepsie, they are rude!!The front desk girlies need attitude adjustment asap! Good luck

Rami Payman, MD - Poughkeepsie Kathleen Dittus: When I lost my hearing overnight I was told by my hearing aid supplier to go to the emergency room or see an ENT doctor immediately. I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Rami Payman on short notice. He was wonderful. He solved my problem and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable about my situation. I received absolutely the very best care. So relieved!

Rodriguez, MD - Poughkeepsie Jerry Gartrell: He’s a cool guy and all but he doesn’t really help and I feel as though he doesn’t care because when I explained my symptoms concerning my sinus infection all he did was see me for about 5 minutes and he was moving super quickly. He blew this air gadget device up one of my nostrils and went up my nose with something else showing me blood like I don’t know what I have going on with my self.. long story short because I can say a whole lot. I’ve been suffering with sinus infections for 14+ years. I was looking to get surgery done so I can get my breathing back to normal. This doctor didn’t want to understand what I was saying to him and all he did was prescribed me nasal sprays that I could buy at a local pharmacy. Those sprays did absolutely nothing for me because I am still suffering with those symptoms till this day. I’ve spent so much money just to be seen for five minutes seems like I was scammed. I paid $80 for copayment And next thing I know they are sending me a bill in the mail for $350 when I have insurance that should have covered everything . Remind you, I was only seen for five minutes and I am still suffering with my sinus infection. I am currently looking to see another doctor in another state because all this company wants is your pockets. I would never see this doctor again because he did absolutely nothing for me..

He is kind and compassionate. My daughter had a wonderful experience for her tonsillectomy and adnoidectomy so thank you for that!

He was informative, but when I asked a question, he became very defensive or annoyed. I’m not a doctor. I thought asking questions is okay, especially for a 9 year old That’s not capable of advocating for herself. Just not really inviting and will find someone else. I will say the tech or nurse that did her allergy test, was awesome.

UBMD Internal Medicine - Buffalo Liz Edwards: Terrible phone service! Poor in person service here! Dr. Curtis works one day a week. What doctor works one day a week? Also, this cardiologist doesnt even examine you, a PA does. Why is this doctor making big money that doesnt even examine you? Will be looking elsewhere! Any suggestions on a good cardiologist with good service?
