I never feel like I am being cheated when I go here for service. They are fair on price with no hidden fees or surprises along the way. They are kind hardworking humans with integrity. We have had brakes, tire replacements, oil changes, X2 screw-Tire leaks repairs, tie rods. Wipers also. So we trust them. Minnesota girl!

1 /5 Steve: First and foremost, based on prior responses, I noticed ownership lacks accountability.. not surprised. Please know I do not care for the cope and my truth will be heard. This shop is fraudulent. I took my car in for maintenance check and my car was misdiagnosed entirely. This led to major issues later on. Here I am weeks later airing out my grievances and rightfully exposing them. Long story short- they misdiagnosed issues with the engine and shortly after I find myself with my engine overheating on i95. I was completely baffled. Once my engine cools I realize my coolant tank is COMPLETELY empty. This took place shortly after having my car diagnosed and worked on. How does that happen?!?! How does a mechanic miss that?! I ended up taking my car to another shop for diagnostics- after thorough testing they came to two conclusions: * It was a misdiagnosis the first time around which led to unnecessary work orders and costs. The deeper rooted issue was actually a blown headgasket * On top of that, they installed parts that I did not pay for. The bill states they installed OEM parts but the mechanic from the second shop deemed- they were in fact not those parts. They were inferior quality aftermarket parts. This is a major integrity issue. * Attached are photos that support these claims. The highlighted green are OEM parts- the mechanic noted those were not the parts that they saw upon review. Mechanic also notes proper diagnosis of headgasket. Evidence is undeniable. The kicker here: the shop encourages you to pay via zelle because they up-charge you for using credit card. The major flaw with zelle- they have zero consumer protection. I tried disputing the charges, to no avail. So that means- if the shop screws up.. you have no insurances to dispute any charges. It is a trap. I kindly requested they return my funds but they did not respond.. Here I am having spent thousands of dollars trying to fix this mess. I cannot help but think had they diagnosed and resolved things the first time around I would have been spared the setbacks and stress. Do yourself a grand favor and AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!! Financially I can recover from this- their lack of professionalism and integrity cannot! SPARE YOURSELF!! I will be reporting them along with all my evidence to the better business bureau. They might lack accountability but I sure will hold them to it!! Got the wrong one. EDIT: they are not accredited with the BBB! No surprise there! Fishy business practices= lack of any sort of oversight or audit. I will now be reporting them to the FTC! Side note: there is a older mechanic there that is super nosy. When you go to the front desk to talk to the admin staff he will attempt to interrupt you and meddle in your affairs. Unprofessional. I ignored him completely but it is still annoying. Had to throw that out there.
